Accentra is one of the longest-established names in specialised payroll and accounting software. Established in 1979, the company found early success with an accounting package for the Apple II computers and later struck a hugely successful deal with Alan Sugar’s Amstrad to pre-install its software on Amstrad PCs. Today Accentra provides unique, market-leading software via the cloud to customers in the UK and beyond.

About this project
For this leading software firm we devised a branding system that works across their company and all their products. It also allows for further brand extensions in future.
We created a simple, unique symbol that unites all Accentra brands, inspired by the company name and the implication that it is at the centre of a network or group. The symbol can be seen in two ways – as a three-dimensional shape set against a circle, or as a cut-away sphere. Used in different colours alongside different product names, it allows for a family of interconnected brands.
We designed and developed Accentra’s company website as well as five product websites (and counting). All sites are responsive (mobile-friendly) and well-optimised for SEO.
In addition we have created product videos, signage, product sell-sheets, email marketing templates and user-interface improvements for Accentra software.
