Building a flexible, multilingual platform for Malvern House

Malvern House is a UK-based English language school, with facilities in London and Manchester. It’s part of Malvern International plc, which serves students from dozens of countries around the world.
Challenge
Malvern needed a fresh, competitive website to engage multiple international audiences—from prospective students to education agents—and to reduce reliance on external web developers by empowering its internal team.
Approach
Novagram designed and developed a visually engaging, fully responsive WordPress website using a modular, component-based approach. Over 60 pre-styled content blocks were created using Elementor, with additional variations in colour and style, allowing Malvern’s team to build professional, varied pages in-house.
The site is part of a WordPress multisite setup—chosen for its scalability, ease of management, and ability to unify multiple Malvern brands while preserving their individuality. Features include multilingual support via an AI-based translation system, mobile-first UX, diverse multimedia content, and CRM-integrated lead capture forms.
Results
The new Malvern House site positions the school as a leader in its field, standing out in a competitive marketplace with an exciting, modern design, improved user experience, and powerful backend tools—all of which provide independence to the Malvern team, allowing them to evolve the site, along with its content, over time.
