A high-performing website for the DfE
The National Tutoring Programme (NTP) was created by the UK Government to help children negatively affected by the pandemic, and Novagram was hired to build the critical website at its heart. The website needed to be compliant with accessibility guidelines, be user-editable and achieve a score of at least 90/100 on Google’s PageSpeed Insights test. Novagram delivered a WCAG 2.1-compliant website, fully user-editable and capable of handling high volumes of traffic with no issues—surpassing all requirements and achieving a remarkable 94/100 PSI score.

Putting BPL Global back on the map
BPL is the world’s leading broker specialising exclusively in credit and political risk insurance (CPRI) for multinational corporations, banks and financial institutions. The goal of this brand overhaul was to reposition BPL to compete more effectively against larger firms. Novagram initiated a creative strategy to rejuvenate the BPL brand and change perceptions of the firm. Novagram delivered a full brand identity, multilingual website, and supporting materials—all of which were designed to support BPL’s market dominance for years to come. We continue to work with BPL.

Raising the bar for English wine
Mereworth Wines produces award-winning English sparkling wine, as well as other premium drinks, from the fruit they grow in their own vineyard in Mereworth, Kent. Mereworth needed their brand to look and feel expensive and be worthy of their award-winning drinks and premium prices. The brand had to resonate with Mereworth’s target audiences. We started by looking at time-honoured, luxury brands and grand marques to identify classic and refined branding characteristics. Novagram delivered a brand identity that is loved by Mereworth Wines, their customers and also industry experts.

Case study
Preparing a new brand for takeoff
Compass Air Cargo is a start-up international cargo carrier that approached Novagram looking for a powerful branding solution. The goal was to help Compass stand out in their sector. We learnt as much as possible about the air cargo marketplace, and made sure that the new brand would work on the company’s Boeing 737 cargo planes. We created ‘the compass arrow’ by studying the schematics of the plane, added bold typography to be read at great distance, and supplied detailed livery guidance for application to the company’s fleet of aircraft.
